Abbiamo
tutto accepts a first order of $500. for any combination of lines. We do not have minimum
amounts for reorders. |
| Payment
Terms |
| All
first orders are MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Subsequent orders are credit card until we
receive bank and trade references. Your reference sheet must list a bank
reference and at least four trade references with full addresses and account
numbers, telephone numbers and fax numbers. Once credit has been
established, invoices for net accounts are payable in full 30 days from the
invoice date.

charges 1.8% interest per month on the total of all late invoices. Neither
orders nor backorders will be shipped to a customer until all past due
invoices are paid. No deductions are allowed without the approval of
Abbiamo
tutto. A fee of $25.00 will be charged on all insufficient fund
checks. Abbiamo
tutto
accepts Master Card, Visa and American Express for prepaid orders only. |

monogram program orders require prepayment and are non-returnable and
non-refundable. |

| Orders can
not be cancelled once payment has been processed. |
| Prices
are subject to change without notice. All sales are final. |

shipping charge: $10.00. |
| Order
Changes and Cancellations |
| Order
changes and cancellations must be made in writing and should be faxed or
mailed to our office at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled shipment date.
Cancellations or refusal of receipt of merchandise will be subject to a 40%
restocking fee. Monogram and customized orders can not be changed once
payment is processed. They are not refundable or returnable. |

Backorders

Abbiamo

will always ship your order as complete as possible. Because our products
are all handmade, there are occasions when a product is out of stock. Items
not in stock will be backordered unless you request no backorders. We will
notify you if an item is out of stock and when the backorder shipment date
will occur. |
| Returns |
| All
damaged claims must be made to
Abbiamo
tutto
within 5 days upon receipt of shipment. No returns of merchandise will be
accepted without prior authorization. Please call (703) 790-0172 and fax
the Claims Form to (888) 513-9161 before returning any product. Your claim
will be processed immediately.
Abbiamo
tutto
will issue an authorization number and fax a return authorization label. UPS
will pick up the damaged product in 5 to 7 business days of the claim.
Items returned must be in their original packing condition. It is your
responsibility to properly package returned product. All damaged items will
be replaced, however, we will not provide replacements for returned goods
damaged in transit due to improper packaging. |

our products are hand created by the finest artisans in Italy. We have very
strict guidelines in order to provide you with the highest quality of
products. Please be aware that because they are crafted by individuals,
there will be subtle variations in color and size in some of our products.
