Returns within 30 days:
Returns will be accepted as long as the following conditions are met:
Items must be in original condition, in original packaging and boxed with sufficient packing material to prohibit breakage in transit. Please email us to request a return authorization number: info@e-abbiamotutto.com
Returns will not be accepted without this number. We will not accept phone call requests. Your name, order number and reason for return must be in your email.
Once you receive a number:
Items must be insured for full value through the carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS).
Upon inspection and return approval, a full refund (less $7.00) will be applied to your card. Merchandise damaged in transit back to us will not be approved. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for refund to post to the card.
Damages, Defects and Errors in Shipping:
You have 2 business days from receipt of your order to report any damage, defect or receiving the wrong product. Save all packaging materials including packing list, shipping box and wrapping along with product. Please email info@e-abbiamotutto.com and include the order number in the subject line.
